The first time we meet you, and the first time you meet us, plan to spend an hour or so getting to know us. We’ll want to talk with you about why you’ve come to the office, any immediate concerns or pain, and what we can do to make your dental visits wonderful. After registration (see below), we’ll update your records before conducting a thorough checkup. Following the clinical part of the visit, your consultation will involve the dentist providing an explanation of findings and treatment recommendations. Together, you’ll come up with a plan that will maximize your oral health and suit your lifestyle.

Dental Insurance Welcome!

We will gladly file your insurance claim and accept your copay or deductible if your insurance company will allow. While we are in-network with many providers, we will file out-of-network claims for your convenience. If you have questions about your dental insurance policy, give us a call. We have answers! Our providers participate with many Dental Insurance Plans.

No Insurance? Join our Healthy Smiles Program!

The Healthy Smiles Program makes it easier and more affordable for our patients to keep up with their family’s oral health care. As part of the Healthy Smiles Program, patients receive twice a year checkups and cleanings free of charge and deep discounts on a variety of treatments not even covered by traditional dental insurance. Ask about the Healthy Smiles Program at your next appointment.

Cancellation policy

We value our patients' precious time. In order to provide you with the most rewarding and affordable office experience, it's important that we keep our schedule booked. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please call our office at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled visit so we may fill your time slot with another patient. If we do not hear from you within that time, a $75 charge will be applied to your account.

Payment & Financing Available

We’re happy to work with patients to find financing that allows them to receive necessary dental care when they need it and within their budget. If you’re concerned about being able to cover the full out of pocket cost for any procedure, don’t hesitate to ask our dentist or team about affordable financing options.
